Even though the weather during the day has still been very warm here, the last couple of days were actually in the 80's, the mornings on the other hand have become quite chilly. Recently in the mornings, I have been walking briskly to the car and have already started turning on the heat, while I drive to work because I have been cold.
I am starting to think that it is possibly time to pull my pea coat out of the closet and get it dry cleaned. Now, I am sure all of you locals, probably think I am nuts and it's still pretty early to be pulling out the winter wear. Well, I am sure a lot of you, probably don't even wear coats during the winter here in So Cal.
I, on the other hand am always cold, just ask David. I am sure he will whole heartily agree with me. You would think that from growing up in the Midwest, I would be able to handle the cold since it snows and is freezing compared to here. Nope, I was freezing there and I am freezing here. It's actually amazing how quickly you climatize anyways.
Anyways, I think I will drop my pea coat off at the cleaners tomorrow. I am looking forward to when it eventually gets cold enough to pull out the scarf and gloves. See, I told you I am always cold. I even wear a scarf and gloves in the winter here!

It really is crazy how quickly you get climatized. I remember the first year living out here. My brother and I were still in the pool in November. People thought we were crazy.
I have already pulled out my pea coat and mittens! I almost blogged about it last week :) How funny are we?!

Catching up on my blog reading from...oh...October! I am totally with you though, I hate being cold...it was 60 outside yesterday and I was totally bundled up! Here's to scarves, pea coats and mittens!!
