Anyways, on a normal typical work day I don't eat breakfast. Eh, come to think about it I don't even eat breakfast on the weekends either. I know it's really bad to not do this, but I do it any way. I typically have a snack around 10 and then lunch at 1:30. I have been striving to be better about eating breakfast, but it really hasn't changed.
I made myself a smoothie this morning and I am really proud of myself. I used Trader Joes frozen strawberries, yogurt and orange juice. It came out pretty good. I don't think I could eat it everyday though as I would get tired of it real quick. Next time, I am TJ's I think I might pick up some of their frozen mangoes. Oh, and I hate bananas too so that won't work. I have been contemplating on adding tofu, but that would be just for different nutrients and not different taste.
Anyone have any suggestions on any ways to change it up?

What about changing the flavor of the yogurt or the juice?
P.S. I LOVE Cracker Barrel too! It's too bad that the closest one to us is in Phoenix!!!
Lori- there is one actually in Kingman! Dh's family has actually driven there just for Cracker Barrel.
darn you!! Now all I can think about is a big ol' cracker barrel breakfast. belgian waffles, potatoes, bacon. that's it on the way home I'm getting a belgian waffle maker.
Tofu is just wrong!
Maybe add protein power. :)
Power = Powder :/ duh. I bought some from Clarks.
You can always add in different flavors of soy yogurt, similar nutrients that would be found in tofu.
You can mix up the fruits like crazy.
You definitely should get those mangoes from TJ's...they are scrumptious! OOH...I just remembered...when I worked at LA Fitness, they made the most amazing smoothies with frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, yogurt, apple juice, and orange juice...it was called the Sunrise Smoothie or something like that. YUM! Oh, and if you are into adding protein, Henry's carries Whey Protein that has no taste. The protein powders with taste are gross to me. This way, you don't taste the protein in the food you are adding it to.
